At Comforting Hands Hospice, our in home hospice care is designed to provide compassionate support where patients feel most comfortable — in their own home or a care facility. Our dedicated team of nurses, aides, and support staff make scheduled visits to assist with symptom management, personal care, and comfort measures, all while offering guidance to families during each stage of the hospice journey. While we do not provide around-the-clock home care, our skilled staff ensures that each visit addresses immediate needs with professionalism and dignity before continuing on to serve the next patient.

Whether it’s helping with bathing and hygiene, administering medications, or providing emotional and spiritual support, our team works collaboratively to ease the challenges of a life-limiting illness. Qualifications for Hospice
Patients who have been diagnosed by their physician to have a life-limiting disease or condition with an estimated six months or less to live can qualify for hospice. Hospice care is provided in the patient’s home or nursing home.

Payment for Hospice
Medicare Part A provides payment for those who qualify for the Medicare Hospice Benefit. Private insurance may also be a payment source. We provide service based on need. Services provided will not be determined by payment source.
